Price Challenge: Samsung Omnia W I8350

Now that in the last 2 blogs, we were checking the prices of Nokia Lumia, another mobile phone that caught my attention was Samsung Omnia W I8350.

But before we discuss about that phone, I want to talk about the growth of Samsung phones over Nokia phones.

Though Nokia remains the market leader in India with a 39 per cent share, its dominance is quite evidently under pressure. According to industry sources, Nokia's market share was 37.5 per cent in January-July 2011. Its market share stood at 49.3 per cent in 2010. Samsung's market share, on the other hand, has increased to 28 per cent in first seven months. In 2010, Samsung's had a market share of 20.1 per cent. Samsung is also doing well at the tablets front and can be considered as the only worthy rival for the Apple juggernaut!

Price Challenge: Samsung Galaxy Note (N700)

Sorry this week I am pretty much busy with my Friend's engagement and Marriage. Met lot of new people from journalist to banker to people of my tribe "IT people" (we are everywhere !!!). So, some of us were discussing the which brand is ruling the world Apple Rules (it has that fascination attached which never dies), Android, blackberry, mango (Aka windows ^^), symbian etc.
