This is one book which i hated the most when i got it as my Birthday present. Reason- I am not fond of reading management books and kept this book aside for nearly 2 years.

But when I read it, I found hard to imagine a management book in novel form ever approaching this one in usefulness. Most people will learn more that they can apply from this book about management than many people learn to apply from an M.B.A.( i believe so!!!)
